It seems that from time to time EVERYONE has been worried about how to make ends meet.  A recent Gallup poll found:

The percentage of Americans saying they are worried about keeping up with their monthly payments over the next six months reached 23% this month

Can you cut enough from your monthly budget to meet your obligations routinely? It is possible for a short time but consider this: what changes are going to happen to your family over the next year? few years? longer? In nearly all cases, your need for additional income is increasing not decreasing and that does not include the ever-present inflation factor.

So what to do then? The answer comes down to simple arithmetic. If you want or need to spend more, you need to make more. For most of us, even a few hundred dollars a month would make a significant difference. The real question is how. I am not talking about some get rich quick scheme you can find every day by searching on google. If that is for you, buy a lottery ticket. In the end, it will cost you less money. If you are truly interested in legitimate activities to make some additional income, read on.

The answer is probably right in the mirror. That is right, it is YOU. You have interests, talents, skills,etc. In a word, you have qualifications. Can you use your qualifications to make money while working from home? Sure, there has never been a better time to leverage who you are and what your passion is to make extra money. Let’s look at some possibilities:

• Blogging book reviews

Everyone is too busy these days. That means that you could possibly make money charging a little for the “cliff notes” of best sellers, business, self improvement, etc. books. A modest income to be sure but it could be a start. You could become an Amazon.com affiliate and provide your recommended book list for sale. Does it fit your qualifications? Only you can answer.

• Are you good at paperwork?

There are many organizations that need people to stuff envelopes, type documents, scan documents and other administrative tasks. It is time consuming and again pays a modest income but maybe it appeals to you.

• Network Marketing

Oh No! I said a dirty word! Hang on a minute. Where else can you earn hundreds to thousands monthly with a relatively small investment? If you a serious about changing your financial condition, this could be an area to start from. I should point out that Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki, among others, are involved with network marketing and the legitimate companies are making billions in revenue.

Remember it is said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” Venture out a bit and see what your world looks like with a few hundred or thousand a month of additional income by working a home business.
