20 patients, suffering with a hyperhidrosis in different stages, from average to serious, have taken part in clinical tests under the supervision of doctors-dermatologist in dermal unit of hospital of San Galliano in Rome.
Patients have started to use this new gel (Maxim +) later two weeks after end of application of other agents from a hyperhidrosis (aluminum Sodium chloride, deodorant long action etc.) during which they used only deodorants with short period of validity and usual agents of hygiene.
From them Maxim + twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) in necessary were required to use so that by easy massaging gel was completely absorbed in a skin. Any others agents from a hyperhidrosis were not applied, except for the usual deodorants which are not containing molecules-deodorants
Once a week these patients came to hospital for drawing up of the clinical report under the control of the dermatologist responsible for carrying out of a clinical estimation. During research following parameters were estimated:
- Level of subjective satisfaction;

- A mark of “level of depression of a sweating” on the graduated scale;
- A scale of fast effect;
- Objective clinical inspection.
After the lapse of 4 weeks following results have been received:
- 18 patients have expressed from average to high degree of satisfaction efficiency of a product to that there correspond value from 6 to 8 on a sweating scale of decrease (where 0 absence of a positive effect means, 10 – full satisfaction). One patient has stopped product use after 2 weeks, having told that the agent does not help, and one more has stopped application after 3 weeks without assigning any reasons.
- 2 patients have noted value 8 (high degree) on a sweating scale of decrease, 13 patients – 7 (middle-high degree), 3 patients – 4-5 (average degree);
- 16 patients have noted on a corresponding scale satisfaction a gratefulness of application of an agent: 2 persons are dissatisfied (unpleasant sensations on a skin), 7 patients are moderately satisfied (sensations from an agent comprehensible, but not so pleasant), 9 – are very happy (very good influence on a skin, application is pleasant);
- 18 persons have informed that the agent has started to operate rather at a distant day: 7 patients have felt for the first time effect of depression of a diaphoresis only later 15 days after the first application, the greatest effect has been noted by them later 18-20 days, 11 patients – only later 20-22 days, the greatest effect – after 24-25 days;
- According to a clinical estimation of the dermatologist, application within 4 weeks has shown good shipping of a product; at one of the surveyed it is noted essential by-effects, such as reddening, a boring or blisters; besides, the skin treated to action of gel, was very smooth and wetted.
